Living my ideal days

Yesterday was my final day of work. As of today, I am officially unemployed.
I know layoffs tend to come with a lot of stress and fear, but I feel relief and gratitude for the space.
I have been feeling misaligned with my work for quite some time. And while I have been gently pulling the thread on what else might be out there for me, now I have the space to actually focus on cultivating my ideal life.
Maybe to some that might sound unrealistic. But to me I know that I am more than capable of making it happen.
My life has been filled with unexpected twists and turns that lead me to a deeper experience of the magic that is out there. So I am willing to receive, I am expecting great things, and I plan on documenting it here.
Why I want to document it
I know it’s really just me who reads this. But even still, there is something about putting these words on my website instead of keeping them tucked away in my journal that makes it feel like I am doing this for more than just me.
I’m not sure what this will look like, I’ve probably said that before.
But what I do know is that I plan to show up for myself daily.
My daily commitment
I have a daily meeting scheduled with myself in Google Calendar, and my commitment looks like the following:
🕯 Spirit
Subagh Kriya
What am I noticing today?
🌿 Body
Walk, yoga, strength, sweat, or time outside
What would feel good in my body today?
✨ Expression
Notice + capture one moment of aliveness
What wants to be created or shared today?
🌱 Future Self / Garden Within
Study, write, make, or move one Garden Within idea forward.
What am I curious about?
💻 Financial Evolution
Investigate options for future. Apply for jobs. Reach out to my network.
What is one small contractor / income step today?
For now, this is enough
And that’s what my daily ritual will look like as I navigate this phase of transition.
Not a giant plan for reinventing my life. Just a commitment to keep showing up.
I don’t know where this will lead.
I am open to exploring new possibilities.
I am willing to be surprised.
And I am excited to see how this journey unfolds.
